What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?: Our standard MOQ typically ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 pieces per item, depending on the product, material, color and decoration requirements. Some products may require a higher MOQ, while lower quantities may be possible for selected items available in stock. Please contact our sales team at sales@queenspack.com with the item number and quantity you need, and we will check the best available option for you.
What payment terms do you accept?: T/T (wire transfer) is our standard payment method. Payment terms may vary depending on the order value, product and project requirements. The applicable deposit and balance terms will be clearly stated in our quotation or Proforma Invoice before the order is confirmed.
How is your pricing determined?: Our pricing is based on the product structure, material, order quantity, color, decoration, components and other customization requirements. QueensPack focuses on providing competitive pricing together with reliable quality, consistent production and professional project support rather than competing solely on the lowest price. For an accurate quotation, please provide the item number, quantity and required customization details.
Do you have products in stock?: Yes. Selected cosmetic packaging items may be available in stock for faster delivery or lower-quantity requirements. However, most QueensPack projects are customized in color, decoration, printing or other specifications. Stock availability changes regularly, so please send the item number, quantity and required specifications to sales@queenspack.com for the latest information.
What is your typical production lead time?: For standard customized orders, production normally takes approximately 25-35 working days after the deposit is received and all samples, colors, artwork and specifications have been approved. Lead times may vary depending on order quantity, decoration, product complexity and production schedule. For stock items, please contact our sales team for current availability and dispatch timing.
How do you ship orders?: We can arrange shipments by sea, air or international courier depending on the order size, destination and required delivery time. If you already work with a nominated freight forwarder, we can coordinate directly with them. If you do not have a forwarder, our team can assist in arranging a suitable shipping solution.
Can you customize our logo, color and decoration?: Yes. QueensPack provides a range of customization and decoration options for cosmetic packaging, including color customization, silk-screen printing, hot stamping, coating and other surface finishing techniques, depending on the product and material. Please send your logo or artwork in an editable vector format such as AI or PDF whenever possible. Our team will review the artwork and product structure and recommend a suitable decoration method. Customized samples can be prepared for approval before mass production.
Can you match a specific Pantone color or surface finish?: Yes. We can develop customized colors and surface finishes according to your packaging design requirements. Pantone color references are commonly used as a starting point for color matching. However, the final appearance can vary depending on the packaging material, transparency, wall thickness and surface treatment. For projects where color consistency is important, we recommend approving a physical color sample before mass production. Our team can also advise on suitable combinations of color, coating, frosting, printing, hot stamping and other decoration techniques.
Can I request samples before placing an order?: Yes. Stock samples are available for many of our products so that customers can evaluate the packaging, size, material, quality and functionality before placing an order. Sample availability, quantity, sample charges and courier costs depend on the specific products requested. Please send the item numbers and your courier information to sales@queenspack.com, and our team will confirm the details.
Do you charge for customized samples?: Customized samples involving specific colors, logos, printing or surface decoration may require a sampling charge. The cost depends on the product and customization requirements and will be confirmed before sampling begins.
Will our designs and project information remain confidential?: Yes. We respect the confidentiality of our customers' projects, designs, artwork and product information. Information shared with QueensPack is used only for project evaluation, development, sampling and production unless otherwise agreed with the customer. For projects requiring additional confidentiality arrangements, please discuss the requirements with our team before sharing detailed proprietary information.
How can we help shorten the project lead time?: Providing complete and confirmed project information at the beginning of the process is the most effective way to avoid delays. We recommend confirming the product, quantity, color references, artwork, decoration requirements and technical specifications before customized sampling begins. Quick approval of samples and artwork also helps keep the project on schedule and reduces the need for repeated sampling.
Does QueensPack provide product design and development services?: Yes. Product design and development are an important part of QueensPack's capabilities. Our team can support projects from concept development and packaging structure evaluation to engineering development, sampling, decoration and mass production. We also continuously develop new packaging concepts and solutions based on changing market, design and sustainability requirements. If you have a new packaging concept, sketch, reference image or functional requirement, send it to sales@queenspack.com and our team can evaluate the project with you.
I only have an idea, sketch or reference image. Can QueensPack help develop it into packaging?: Yes. You do not need to have a complete technical drawing before contacting us. You can send us a sketch, reference image, existing product, desired function or even an initial packaging idea. Our design and engineering team can review the concept and evaluate its structure, manufacturing feasibility, materials and possible production methods. Depending on the project, the development process may include concept evaluation, 3D design and structural development, 3D-printed prototyping, design revisions, engineering development, sampling, decoration development, testing and mass production. We recommend sharing your desired capacity, dimensions, function, target quantity and any reference images available so that our team can better understand the project.
Can you create a 3D-printed prototype during product development?: Yes. For suitable custom packaging projects, QueensPack can create 3D models and 3D-printed prototypes during the development process. A 3D-printed prototype allows you to evaluate the overall shape, proportions, size, ergonomics and design direction at an early stage. It is especially useful for new packaging concepts or structures that do not yet exist in the market. Based on your feedback, the design can be adjusted before moving to the next development stage, helping to identify potential issues earlier. Please note that a 3D-printed prototype is primarily intended for design and structural evaluation. Its material, surface finish, dimensional tolerance and performance may differ from the final production packaging.
Can QueensPack develop customized packaging with a new shape, structure or function?: Yes. For projects requiring a unique shape, structure or functionality, our team can evaluate the concept and recommend a suitable development route. Depending on the project, the process may include concept review, structural evaluation, 3D design, prototyping, engineering development, sampling, testing and production preparation. Please provide drawings, reference images, desired capacity, dimensions, materials or functional requirements where available.
Can you provide technical drawings and product specifications for approval?: Yes. For customized packaging and new product development projects, technical drawings and relevant product specifications can be prepared or provided as part of the development and approval process. Depending on the project, these may include dimensions, capacity, component structure, materials and other relevant technical information. We recommend reviewing and approving the applicable drawings, samples, artwork and specifications before mass production to ensure that all parties are working from the same confirmed requirements.
Can you help select the right pump or dispenser for my formula?: Yes. Different formulas may require different dispensing systems depending on their viscosity, dosage requirements, application method and packaging structure. QueensPack can help recommend suitable pumps, sprayers, droppers, airless systems or other dispensing components based on the information provided by the customer. Helpful information includes the product type, approximate viscosity, desired dosage per actuation, application method, packaging capacity and filling requirements. We can then recommend suitable packaging options and provide samples for evaluation. Final formula compatibility and dispensing performance should always be tested using the customer's actual formula before mass production.
How do I know whether my formula is compatible with the packaging?: Compatibility testing is strongly recommended before mass production. Cosmetic formulas can interact differently with various plastics, metals, seals, pumps and other packaging components. Customers should conduct appropriate compatibility and stability testing using production-representative samples with their actual formula. Our team can provide packaging samples and product information to support your testing process.
What sustainable packaging options do you offer?: QueensPack continues to develop packaging solutions with sustainability in mind. Depending on the product, available options may include refillable packaging, recyclable material structures, PCR materials, mono-material concepts and metal-free dispensing solutions. Our team can recommend suitable options based on your product requirements, target market and packaging objectives.
What quality control does QueensPack perform before shipment?: Quality control is an important part of our production process. Depending on the product and project requirements, inspections may include appearance, dimensions, color, decoration, assembly, sealing, dispensing performance and packaging condition. Production samples and approved references are used to help maintain consistency during mass production. For projects with specific quality requirements or inspection standards, please discuss them with our team before production so that the relevant criteria can be confirmed in advance. Third-party inspection can also be coordinated when required by the customer.

What should I do if goods arrive damaged or quantities are missing?: Please inspect the shipment and packaging carefully upon arrival. If you notice visible damage, missing cartons or other discrepancies, record the issue on the carrier's delivery documents whenever possible and take clear photos of the cartons, labels and affected products. Please contact your QueensPack sales representative promptly with the relevant order information and supporting photos so that we can review the situation and assist with the next steps.
I cannot find the packaging I need on your website. Can you help?: Yes. Not every available product or new development is displayed on our website. If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for, please send us your desired capacity, shape, material, function, reference images or other requirements. Our team can recommend existing products, suggest modifications or evaluate a new customized solution.
