Lipoid Kosmetik launched HerbaShield URB (INCI: Maltodextrin (and) Nasturtium Officinale Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract (and) Hydrogenated Lecithin (and) Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Leaf Extract (and) Equisetum Arvense Extract (and) Sodium Chloride), a COSMOS-certified botanical active.
This new ingredient provides natural protection for skin against urban pollution based on its anti-pollution and detoxification activities.
Consisting of watercress, horsetail and nettle extracts, HerbaShield URB is a self-preserving, three-component system. The plants’ active substances are embedded in a blend of phospholipids and maltodextrin, which results in a powder formula that imparts the benefits of the botanical extracts and phospholipids.
HerbaShield URB will be featured at in-cosmetics Global in April 2017.
