Bullish Invests in Function of Beauty
Venture capital and advertising firm, Bullish, has invested in custom-made hair care company, Function of Beauty.
According to a recent online article from www.greenwichtime.com, written by Macaela J. Bennett, Bullish has also invested in Birchbox, Casper, Harry's, Matchabar and Warby Parker.
The article goes on to explain that Bullish looks for three elements when making investment decisions: companies built from the consumer's needs out, sectors with little innovation and paying consumer-business models.
Co-founder of Bullish, Michael Duda, stated that Function of Beauty had all three elements.
In the immediate future, Bullish has plans to work with Function of Beauty on its branding and marketing.
