Texen and Dior Partner for DiorSkin Mineral Nude Packaging

 

Texen Industries and Dior have announced their collaboration for the packaging of DiorSkin Mineral Nude. 


The product's compact is available in a limited-edition version for Spring 2018.  

 

The Details

  1. The lid was created from ABS injected into the mold and integrates the decor, the brand's logo and an application of a metalized layer in silver. 
  2. The base includes an inner dish that has been injected with one of four colors to match the reference powder it will hold. 
  3. The insert is placed in the press via robot before the over-molding of its outer contour with injected crystal SMMA. 
  4. To highlight its rounded form, a silver border is hot-stamped onto the base. 
  5. The base and lid are assembled with a pin and held closed with a catch.
