Univar, Colonial Chemical Strike Distribution Deal

Univar Inc. (Univar) has announced its subsidiary, Univar B.V., has established a distribution agreement with Colonial Chemical’s beauty, personal care and household division.

The agreement will expand Univar’s surfactant portfolio, as well as its ability to offer products derived from renewable ingredients. Colonial specializes in mild, environm­entally safe and high-performing chemicals from natural, renewable ingredients.
