Is Unilever Buying Drunk Elephant?
In January, reports pointed to Drunk Elephant exploring a $1 billion sale. Now, the Telegraph is reporting that Unilever may be the most serious purchasing candidate.
The report notes that Drunk Elephant founder Tiffany Masterson had hired the Moelis and Financo investment banks to explore the sale.
Such a sale would be yet another major boost for the ascendancy of clean beauty.
