Ant Capital Partners Acquires Kagayaku Cosmetics Inc.

Sojitz Cosmetics has been acquired by Ant Captial Partners and renamed Kabushiki Kaisha Kagayaku Cosme (Kagayaku Cosmetics Inc.).

Yukio Matsuki will continue to head the management of the company as represen­tative directory.

Kagayaku noted, "Since foundation, we have been following the corporate vision of contributing to society by satisfying customers through planning, development, sales, and services concerning cosmetics. Following this corporate vision continuing from foundation, we aim to become a company that continues to be trusted and favored by more customers under the theme reflected in the new corporate name — 'All the employees become bright together with customers.'"
